We had a chance to go to Disneyland for Spring Break.
The family picture in front of California Adventure
Waiting in line for the Jelly Fish ride - one of Meg's favorites.
Scott and Meg are in the front. The Cota's are in the back.
Brookie and I ordered in one night
a hot commodity.
One of the mornings, we ate breakfast at the Plaza Inn inside Disneyland. This has got to be the best money spent if your kids want to meet characters. The breakfast is a buffet and it's really good food. You sit down at your table and eat and the characters come to you. It is a great experience. As you can see by the pictures, the characters are darling with the kids and really take their time with them.
Chip
Hook
Dale
Eeyore
Poor Eeyore. Brookie didn't like him.
I'm sure it made him feel bad.
Peek-a-boo with Pooh
Tigger challenged Josh to arm wrestling
Josh giving Max a high-five
(Max is Goofy's son. You'd have to watch the Goofy Movie to know that one).
Megan and her Fairy Godmother
Brookie loving Minnie
Brookie loved Chip and Dale.
As we were leaving the restaurant, Brooklyn ran into them. They were so cute and got down and played with her for a good amount of time. It was so sweet.
We went to visit the Fairies in Pixie Hollow.
This is Tink's friend Fawn.
Tink and the Girls.
Josh was not a fan of the fairies. He wanted nothing to do with them. He wouldn't get in a picture with them and they were NOT allowed to sign his autograph book.
Brookie took control of my sunglasses
Brookie loved riding the Circus Train.
Look at that expression on her face. I love it!
Meg is in the front.
Scott and Josh are behind her.
Bug's Life Caterpillar ride
Megan and Scott rode California Screamin' 3 times!
Each time they rode in the front.
There they are upside-down
Brookie at the airport waiting for our plane.
Josh, chillin on the plane
Doing my best to entertain Brooklyn.
I now know for sure that we cannot survive airplane trips that are longer than an hour and a half. Brookie capped out at just over an hour. Lucky for us both Disneyland and Utah are within our reach right now.

WoW! That looks like it was alot of fun! Im happy you were able to go! I love the picture of you and Meg at the top of the post! SO cute! Josh is such a boy, no fairies! I love it! We sure miss you guys!
They look darling in all the pictures. What a fun trip. That's what I call a big bonus. Poor Eeyore. Oh well, he's never happy anyway. We'll have to plan a trip together some time.
I am so jealous! That looks like a blast! Oh and the airplane trip - I don't feel too bad for you. I wish I was that close to home. :) Although and airplane and kids is never fun. I need a vacation afterwards.
Looks like a very successful trip! The kids must have loved it!
Josh may not like fairies because he has to deal with hid dad who is the ultimate fairy every day. haha
